How do I send my clothes to you?

Once you’ve contacted us to place your order we will receive an email with the address and information you need to send your clothes to us. We will let you know as soon as your parcel arrives and will begin sewing as soon as possible.

How many items do I need to send?

Generally 8-10 small baby clothes will make most of the large bears and animals and 20+ are needed for a blanket. For adult clothing much less is needed - one shirt can make a large bear! If you have any questions please do email Emma at lilyrosememorybears@gmail.com or message us on social media.

What types of clothes can I send?

Practically anything will do! Most fabrics will work perfectly, as long as it isn’t too thick such as leather or thick denim, most fabrics will be perfect. You can include anything such as babygrows, dresses, jackets, cardigans, fleeces, shirts, ties, hand-knitted items, socks, hats, trousers, dressing gowns and baby blankets. Please make sure the items are in a clean condition before you send them to us as we cannot wash them ourselves.

How much is postage?

Postage to the UK is free! All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using their tracked and signed for to ensure your keepsakes are delivered to you as safely as possible. For international orders, fees will apply.

What is your return policy?

We cannot accept personalised orders unless they are actually faulty. Due to the custom nature of keepsakes and we cannot accept returns or give refunds. Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes look once made due to the different natures of fabric we receive; the final item may not look exactly like the pictures on our website. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.
